Page 2595 of the Bilinmeyen magazine interview. The page contains an amulet example reproduced, according to the magazine, from Mustafa İloğlu’s book (a calligraphic arrangement of repeated formulas within concentric circles), together with the interview section discussing fortune-telling, amulets and sorcery. The photo caption reads: ‘An amulet example; amulets are written on waxed paper by certain methods. According to İloğlu, belief is an important factor in producing the effect.’
