This image, published in Bilinmeyen magazine (p. 2595), is an amulet example reproduced from Mustafa İloğlu’s book. According to the magazine, amulets are prepared by certain methods; according to İloğlu, belief is an important factor in producing the effect. The image is a calligraphic arrangement of repeated formulas within concentric circles.
